BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM 2019

CDM Alumni Association in close co-operation of Nepal Red Cross Society, successfully organized Blood Donation Program on 22nd Bhadra 2076 in the premises of Central Department of Management, TU, Kirtipur  with the slogan “ Donate Blood, Be Real Hero”. The program was graced by Dean of Faculty of Management, Prof. Dr. Dilli Raj Sharma as the chief guest. Other guests from different other organizations also added value to the program.

Altogether, 76 people including students of Central Department of Management, students from School of management, members of Executive Committee and other interested people from different organizations including members of sponsoring organizations contributed to make the program successful by donating their invaluable blood. Though there were more participants keen to donate their blood, they couldn’t do so due to their instant health and physical ineligibility. Students of Central department of management were involved voluntarily in different activities for making the program successful with their appreciable effort, dedication and integrity.

Before starting the blood donation program, Chairperson of CDMAA Prof. Dr. Vishnu Khanal had highlighted on the importance of such program for noble cause. In the end of the program he also offered thanks to all the sponsors, executive members of CDMAA, students, Head of Department and staffs of CDM, Members of Nepal Red Cross Society and all other who had contributed directly or indirectly to make the program successful.

Asmita Publication, Nepal Bank Limited, Agricultural Development Bank, Modern Nepal College, Samjhana Publication and Citizen Bank International Limited were the sponsors of the program and the program was coordinated by Executive member of CDMAA Ms. Sunita Bhandari. To honor their cooperation, CDMAA offered letter of appreciation to all of them.

Likewise, all donors and volunteers were provided with T-shirt, Certificate, Fruits and Juice by the organizing team for their great contribution.  

Overall, the program was a huge success which motivated the entire organizing team for organizing various programs in the days to come.
